As a user experience designer, my mission is to design experiences that are delightful to use. I accomplish this by pushing myself to continually learn new things and apply my experience and knowledge to create products and experiences that make a positive impact.
Case Study
One of the projects I worked on at Viasat was a Business Aviation Wi-Fi quiz that allowed potential Viasat customers to find out which of the Viasat wi-fi solutions would work best for their needs. This quiz also gave the customer the opportunity to share their information with a customer service representative to start their purchase process.
